Victory Baptist Church loves young people! We strive to lead them to a Christlike lifestyle. One of the ways we do this is by having a Wednesday night ministry during our school year. We have a Master Clubs program for ages 4 through the 6th grade, and we also have a youth group program (C.O.R.E., for the 7th through 12th grades). We would love to invite your young person to be a part of the fun we will have. Of course, if you already have a church that you are a part of, then please stay faithful to your church.
Both programs are located at our gym (5480 Main St., Millbrook, AL). They start at 6:30 and go until 8:00. Doors open at 6:15, which is also when the Pre-Club Hub starts. The cost for Master Clubs is $25 per person for the year; this covers the book, vest, and badges. If your child is in a grade that allows them to bring their book home and they lose it, they must cover the full cost of the replacement.
If you are wondering what your child will be doing at these programs, then wonder no more. We love to have fun so we will have time to play games, we work on memorizing verses, we have a devotional from God’s Word, and we will sing songs. Some nights at Master Clubs are “theme nights” in which we will dress up wearing something crazy or wacky. It is always a blast to see everyone participate in our theme nights. If you want a copy of this year’s themes, click the button below.
If you wish to register in advance, a QR code is available at the bottom of this page. Scan it to fill out the form (a separate one for each child).
Meet our leaders!

Master Clubs is designed to meet the discipleship needs of the children of the local church families. We will teach and preach the gospel, but Master Clubs is not focused on blindly expanding as it is on ensuring our children learn the Bible. We strive to teach our children the biblical principles that are preached from the pulpit of Victory Baptist Church every week because our ministry mirrors the leadership of the church.
The five tenets of Master Clubs are:
•To Evangelize children by helping church leaders with ideas, promotional tools, and effective ways of reaching children with the gospel.
•To Disciple children includes teaching leaders what significant discipleship is, how to implement it in a practical way, and providing tools to get it done.
•To Teach children God’s Holy Word, carefully, both in lesson, memory, and in life style. Projects will motivate children to “live out” the truth that is taught. Leaders must role model their teaching and preaching.
•To Train children how to serve the Lord, based on their characteristics and their capabilities. The goal is to do now what the child is capable of doing, and to instill into them that the opportunities abound to serve the Lord in some ministry role as a lifetime pursuit.
•To Provide Opportunities in the church for children to serve the Lord in a very meaningful way. To teach and encourage local leaders to train their children to function in some ministry. To provide multiple opportunities for those who are willing to serve.

Beginners Leaders
(4 & 5 year olds)
Anna Wheland and her sister Kayla Mata have been in charge of our youngest clubbers for years. They have a special heart for the young ones and use simple tools like coloring pages to start the love of Jesus in their little hearts. They’re pictured here with Kayla’s new daughter Camilla, a future Master Clubs Beginner!
Primaries Leaders
(1st – 3rd Grade)
Shirley Singleton and her husband Robin oversee the Primary class and teach the 3rd graders, while Cristina LeGrand teaches the 2nd graders and Jessica Bowman is in charge of the 1st graders. They instill the beginnings of a life of learning the Word in our elementary-age kids.

Ambassador Leaders
(4th – 6th Grade)
With such a big class, we have three teachers discipling the Ambassadors. This class emphasizes not just learning key Bible verses, but also teaching why they are significant and how the living Word applies to our lives.

Games
We have a game period every night, where our kids are divided into teams and play a fun but competitive group game. These games and activities are designed to teach our children good sportsmanship and teamwork, while also challenging them to always strive to do their best. The kids will learn to reach for victory, but accept defeat with grace.

Security
We live in perilous times, and we take the responsibility you have given us over your children very seriously. We have a rotating team of security personnel that ensure the safety of our staff and children and facilities

All members of Victory Baptist Church and all parents of Victory Christian Academy are invited to register their children for Master Clubs. For those of you who are not members, we would love to enroll your children, and if you need a place to go while your children are in their Master Clubs classes, we invite you to come to Victory Baptist Church’s Wednesday night Bible study. If you are a member of another church, we would love to have you if your church does not have a midweek service. Victory Baptist Church strongly believes that each family should be closely tied to its church and that each family member should support the ministries of the local church.
